December 7, 2023—The Marion County Supervisor of Elections office will mail approximately 16,000 voter information cards over the next week to voters whose precinct or polling location has changed ahead of the 2024 elections.  They say the changes were primarily made to accommodate population growth, improve voter flow and accessibility, and ensure a seamless and efficient voting process on Election Day.

Precinct/Polling Place Changes:

  • Precinct 0009: New location – The Chapel Ocala, 3130 NW Blitchton Rd., Ocala
  • Precinct 1030: New location – Salt Springs Christian Church, 24571 E. Highway 316, Salt Springs
  • Precinct 3090: New location – Memorial Baptist Church, 3693 SE 95th St., Ocala
  • Precinct 4150: Same location – voters redistributed to adjacent rooms 4150 and 4151
  • Precinct 4152: Same location – voters moved from 4151 to 4152
  • Precinct 4154: New location – On Top of the World (OTOW) Master the Possibilities, Classroom 3, 8415 SW 80th St., Ocala. OTOW voters moved from Stone Creek to new location.
  • Precinct 4230: Same location, new precinct number (formerly 4154, Stone Creek).

All voters in the precincts listed above will be mailed new voter information cards. Voters are encouraged to verify their voting information prior to Election Day to avoid any potential confusion or delay. Voters can easily check their registration status and polling location by visiting the Marion County Supervisor of Elections website.
