Americans from all walks of life look back on the accomplishments and teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and appreciate his incredible contributions to the good of our society. This weekend, take time to join in the many different events that remind us of his accomplishments and inspire future generations to carry the torch for civil rights, humanity and service to community and country. This is also the perfect appropriate time to fly your American flag.

Monday, January 16 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Friday, January 20 – Inauguration Day
Inauguration Day plays an important role in our democracy, so much so that we fly the flag each January 20th.
