Due to the special session on congressional redistricting taking place, congressional candidates are now permitted to collect petition signatures from any registered voter in the state of Florida to meet petition requirements.

This resource allows Democrats across Florida to print, sign, and return petitions directly to Congressional candidates to help them qualify for the ballot. We have already sent this resource to Congressional Candidates who will add their information should they wish to participate.

We are asking that DECs, Clubs, and Caucuses share this resource with volunteers and voters to help candidates fulfill their petition qualification requirements.
